NYC is the most fabulous city in the world. Admittedly, I haven’t really been to every city in the entire world, but I’ve been to my share and so far I’ve never seen a city that offers everything New York does.
I’m a night person so one of the things I really love about NYC is how it is the constantly alive. At any time of night you can find something going on. On the other hand I visited London recently and I was very disappointed at how early everything closed down.
Another thing that is really fantastic about New York is all of the great music that you can see at shows in the city. Every day there’s someone you’ve probably heard of playing somewhere in Manhattan because pretty much every musical group stops there during their US tour. New York is home to many great music venues such as Madison Square Garden.
And if you’re a fan of sports then you’re set as well because New York is home to the New York Rangers among many other pro sports teams. While it is true that the NFL games take place in New Jersey, it is not too far of a ride. I’m not much of a football fan, but I did go to the football stadium once to see a music festival and it is not a a very long drive.
Possibly much more exciting to you than sports or music are the famous landmarks that you can visit. You’ve seen video of the Bronx Zoo, Central Park, and Times Square but when you visit NYC you’ll get to see these fantastic sights with your own eyes and you will certainly never forget the experience!
